  • There is a critical, irreparable error in the product caused by Mersab Technologies.
  • The service has not yet been delivered, and the cancellation request is made before development begins.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • The script has already been delivered and is functioning as described.
  • The issue arises due to modifications or misuse by the customer.
  • Delays caused by insufficient or delayed information from the customer.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Custom Work and Services

Custom-developed scripts and personalized services are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been delivered.
